New gauntlet crew: Balok!
As announced previously with today’s server release we’ve introduced a new gauntlet exclusive crew: Balok!
Balok is now replacing Red Angel, and has been added to the "A New Challenger Approaches!" collection.
You’ll still be able to obtain Red Angel however, as she’s been added to the secondary chance loot table, alongside the other previous gauntlet exclusive crew!
Please note that to see the new crew when entering the Gauntlet, you will need to restart.
v8.1.1
v8.1.1 (version 210336) has been released on iOS today, it may take up to 24-48h for it to reach all the app stores. Please update as soon as it becomes available to you.
This new version of the game should also be released on the Amazon, Samsung, and Huawei stores starting tomorrow.
For all platforms a force update is currently scheduled for Monday, July 19, after which v8.1.1 will be required to continue playing.
Battle Arena Rewards
Things have been a bit hectic with the daily distribution of battle arena rewards lately, and will continue to be for a few more days. The issue has been identified by our provider and a fix will be implemented by the end of the week . We thank you for your patience while this work is taking place, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Windows 10 purchase issue
We are aware of an issue where a purchase can show as failed in-game but will still be billed.
This is an issue on the Microsoft Store side, their team is working on it, on our end we are looking into a mitigation solution.
In the meantime we recommend the following:
- when attempting a purchase, if you see a message saying the purchase failed, do not try again
- check your purchase history to see if the purchase went through and was billed
- then contact support with a screenshot of your purchase history and we will work on adding the content of the purchase to your account
v8.0.2 on iOS
A force update is scheduled for tomorrow. Once it has taken place players will need to be either on v8.0.2 or v.8.1.1 to be able to continue to play.
