Isn't Mirror Garak getting a bit old for the 4* Daily Reward of the month?

IIRC it's been well past the four times that would normally then cycle to another character.

    Mirror Garak has been the 4* crew reward in daily login rewards starting in May 2021.
    So May, June, July, August :)
