Quark, dressed as a Klingon, suddenly falls to the ground. Doctor Bashir (in a dress uniform rather than a costume after awkwardly misunderstanding) examines him and tells Riker (dressed as Little John) that he is concerned that there is an assassin at the event! Quark has been poisoned...
