    Not seeing him in the Vault either after a restart of the app to make sure. Sounds like it's ticket time for those who pulled for him.

    I just restarted my app after seeing this post and he's still missing from my Vault. I checked my spelling against what's listed in the pack info, just to be sure.

    Same here, I rebooted on iPhone and not showing still

    It's been pretty normal for the last few months that the new crew doesn't appear consistently in the portal for everyone for the first few hours after launch. So far, they've still been possible to pull in packs even if you can't see it.

    It's a weird as heck glitch, but doesn't seem to be an issue like it was in the past.

    I got Kukulan in my second pull shortly after 12 noon, Eastern.

    Got him on my 3rd pull right before 1pm and after reading this thread. I’m not pulling anymore until I see the card in the Vault, no matter what we are told for piece of mind.

    Managed to get 1 out of 10 pulls. It’ll work! I was able to see him in the vault, but that was later in the evening.
