[Resolved]650 Event Pack is Broken

Restarted several times. The event pack 650 pull isn't working today. 72 Dil pull works as well as honor pulls but not the event one. This includes from the event screen and portal.iamubwb1ny08.jpg

    Next week's preview is up. But the 650 event pull is stil not working.

    Yes, also if you purchase one of the crew packs for the event (one of the $24.99), you get 6 free event pulls, and every time you click you lose a pull and get the error. I have lost 3 of the pulls so far.

    Offers and packs have been taken offline while we investigate the issue.

    Update: our main goal is to first resolve this for the players who have tried to claim 10-packs and received nothing. This is long process unfortunately.

    Event offers and packs will go live again once this is fully resolved.

    Players who tried to redeem packs while the issue was ongoing have been contacted by email, and they should see claimable packs in the Time Portal.
