Or was it back in February 2021, when we had Lothario Q as recurring Mega? 😉
With so many different main crew in the Star Trek Universe and „only“
6 Mega events a year, is it really necessary that the same crew
features 2/6 Megas/Year?
How about creating a thread with mega recurrent crew suggestions, I can't promise it will be followed and mega-events are planned long in advance, but it is always appreciated to have these kind of insights even more so when there is context attached to it
I'm inclined to agree with this sentiment. I don't mind using John de Lancie - he's an important part of the game, but twice a year as mega recurring seems excessive.
I'm looking forward to Iden though - hopefully he's the power creeped Gold we've all been asking for! (He'll probably be a 2016-level purple).
It's been a while since we had a TNG mega crew. How about this for a Mega- "A Feud Reborn"
Reoccuring- Maybe a Commando Worf from "Chain of Command" with high Sec primary and some Eng/Med for secondary and tertiary. That sounds like a good skill set for a rescue oriented crew. We know he has the training on all counts. Undercover Operative trait would have bonus.
The storyline: Him using his skills to reclaim honor for the House of Mogh by rescuing those previously lost in other timelines to the scheming of the House of Duras . It would be a great time to finally add Duras to the game, the TNG one and his Enterprise era ancestor. Toral too. The House of Duras could be using the crisis to further themselves and insure things went in their favor this time around. The House of Mogh will not let it stand!
Edit- Oh, and how about a pair of Originals in the form of Mogh and Ja'Rod, Worf and Duras's fathers respectively. The Decipher CCG did that years ago and I thought it was great.
Event 1- "Whispered Lies" Faction type "Commando Worf has gotten intel that the House of Duras is taking full advantage of the temporal crisis to restore themselves to full glory- in every timeline! Help him follow up leads to uncover their treachery."
Factions- Klingons, Romulans, and KCA
5*- Mogh
Threshold 4* Toral, Son of Duras
Existing 4* The Duras Sisters.
Event 2- "Feelings of Dread" Skirmish type "Wanting to bring the alternative timeline of "Yesterday's Enterprise" into being and war instead of Alliance to the Federation and Klingon Empire, they are determined to destroy the Enterprise C before she can make her martyr's stand and turn enemies to allies. Stop them with unexpected help!"
Ships- K'tinga 3*, Romulan Warbird 4*, and Enterprise-C 5* (New)
5* Ja'Rod
Threshold 4* Duras, Son of Toral (Enterprise Duras)
Existing 4* Commander Sela (an ally since she wants to exist, her insulting them for their own oversight of erasing an ally would be a fun bit)
Event 3- "A Taste of That to Come" "Something big is coming. Prepare the House of Mogh and their allies for eminent battle"

On a more positive note, glad to see Professor Data. I think he's the last one from All Good Things, other than the future, huge-phaser-canon Enteprise-D.

You are not the only one. Rom was great. I would like a Mine Maker Rom who would be an innovator. Interesting side note, if you watch the What We Left Behind DS9 documentary you can see the Rom actor, Max Grodénchik is a much better singer than Rom.
That leaves the Twin Mistresses of Evil and Constance Goodheart. I would not reject a Seven of Nine when she dewired the robot!

My favorite Max Grodénchik vs Rom story, Grodénchik nearly went pro as a baseball player. He was the best player in the cast. When they filmed Take Me Out to the Hollosuite he played as a lefty instead of a righty because it was the only way to not look too natural playing for him.
