Is Stargazer Picard ONLY available in the Honor Hall?

Yes, both Stargazer Picard and Kahless the Unforgettable are only available through the Honor Hall.

We know that DB is planning on introducing a new character to the Honor Hall. When this is done, we are unsure as to whether it will be in addition to having Kahless there, or if it will be in place of Kahless (i.e., like Bartender Guinan replaced Locutus of Borg in the Gauntlet).

We are relatively confident that Stargazer Picard is going to remain in the Honor Hall for at least the time being (and probably indefinitely), and so there is no rush on him.

I got him because I wasn't sure he'd stay there. He's pretty easy to level and he's basically a fun little card to have. You won't regret it!
