Our fleet of long-time players is currently looking for new captains to join us. We could make space for an entire squad with its own squad leader 
We unlock all daily fleet rewards, but allow players to skip up to a maximum of 8 days a month, so we sometimes miss out on the last ISM tier, especially during the final days of the campaign.
The only rule we have is to complete daily missions 5 days a week, but most of us complete them every day.
