Are we supposed to have the leap year offer?

I know we've had some repeats of old offers recently with the Forgotten Treasures pulls, but the whole 22920 dilithium on 2.29.20 thing was very specific ... Seems a bit odd that it's showing up now.

    The only dilithium offer I’m aware of that is cheaper than the monthly card (in terms of dil/dollar). Never expected to see it again, but thrilled that we did.
