Objective Event UX minor drag problem

The Objectives list doesn't drag properly from left to right when you use the thin progress bar as the drag target.


I was just tapping on the blocks and dragging and sometimes it wouldn't drag. I thought it was random until I noticed it was the progress bar that was the problem.
