I love the art. Big props and objects are fun and help make crew stand out from so many standing/pointing variants.
And it's nice to see WRG give Flint a richer trait set than most crew. Due to the character's nature of having lived for eons, he deserves them and more. The following traits apply to his appearance in Requiem for Methuselah and/or are core to his various incarnations of past aliases and have been demonstrated over a period of decades or centuries.
Civilian and Veteran - Both should apply as he was a soldier in the military and has experience in combat (to the point of being fatally wounded), but most of his aliases (including his current one as Flint) have no military affiliation and are classified as civilians, including Leonardo da Vinci in game.
Veteran:
FLINT: In that region of earth later called Mesopotamia, in the year 3834 BC, as the millennia are reckoned. I was Akharin, a soldier, a bully and a fool. I fell in battle, pierced to the heart and did not die.
FLINT: I have seen a hundred billion fall. I know death better than any man. I have tossed enemies into his grasp.
Historian - By virtue of having lived throughout the entirety of human history, including making and documenting much of it, Flint has a greater knowledge and understanding of human history than perhaps any person living or dead. He personally knew and interacted with titanic figures of history such as Moses, Galileo, Socrates, and Jesus Christ.
FLINT: Constantinople, summer 1334. It marched through the streets, the sewers. It left the city by ox cart, by sea, to kill half of Europe. The rats, rustling and squealing in the night as they, too, died. The rats. SPOCK: Are you a student of history, sir?
FLINT: I am.
MCCOY: A Shakespeare first folio. A Gutenberg Bible. The Creation lithographs by Taranullus of Centauri Seven. That's one of the rarest book collections in the galaxy, spanning centuries.
Innovator - Besides his decades/centuries of catalogued inventions under his aliases, he designed and created both screens to hide him from the Enterprise sensors and a device capable of altering matter and uses it to shrink the Enterprise and crew and holds them in suspended animation. https://i.imgur.com/yJm1Wcp.png As he is Leonardo da Vinci, who also has the trait, it would be a consistent application.
Prodigy - Flint is one of, if not the the most prolific artist and scientist of all time. He continued creating art and music in modern times at a master level under the Flint alias. As he is Leonardo da Vinci, who also has the trait, it would be a consistent application.
SPOCK: None of these da Vinci paintings has ever been catalogued or reproduced. They are unknown works, all apparently authentic to the last brush stroke and use of materials. As undiscovered da Vinci's, they would be priceless.
KIRK: Would be? You mean you think they're fakes?
SPOCK: Most strange. A man of Flint's obvious wealth and impeccable taste scarcely needs to hang fakes. Yet my tricorder analysis indicates that the canvas and pigments used are of contemporary origin.
Quantum Mechanics - He designed and created a device capable of altering matter and uses it to shrink the Enterprise and crew and holds them in suspended animation. https://i.imgur.com/yJm1Wcp.png He also has extensive knowledge of sub-dimensional physics and gravity equal to several university degrees.
RAYNA: Oh, so that is a Vulcan. I would like to discuss sub-dimensional physics with him. You've taught me all you know in the area and you say Vulcans know more.
FLINT: Even he is not your intellectual equal, nor mine.
RAYNA: Mister Spock, I do hope we can find a moment to discuss field density and its relationship to gravity phenomena.
SPOCK: Indeed. I would appreciate such a talk. It is an interest of mine.
[...]
FLINT: Her parents were killed in an accident while in my employ. Before dying, they placed their infant, Rayna Kapec, in my custody. I have raised and educated her.
MCCOY: With most impressive results, sir. What else interests you besides gravity phenomena, Rayna?
RAYNA: Everything. Less than that is betrayal of the intellect.
MCCOY: The totality of the universe? All knowledge?
FLINT: Rayna possesses the equivalent of seventeen university degrees in the sciences and arts.
And an interesting case for Survivalist - Though Flint doesn't necessarily demonstrate an impulse or series of actions associated with the desire to survive beyond a repeated request for solitude, he was still unable to die via combat or natural causes for 6,000 years. I wouldn't say the trait fits 100%, but at the same time he's the definition of someone able to survive under adverse conditions.
Edit:
Also missing the davinci hidden trait. It's established clearly in the show (and referenced in Flint's flavor text) that he is Leonardo da Vinci. Since Leo's had two big bonus event features in the past, this may be relevant for both cards.
If you go by the total of the 2 main skills, Flint is 2nd best for the combo.
Taking into account his plenty traits + rare ENG as 3rd skill, he will be really useful for many voyages. All stats numbers are raw/unboosted.
It is a shame Flint was not added before I stopped spending money.
Would have bought 3 of $9.99 offers on all accounts. But odds still slim on getting him with just those 15 x10 packs. You figure on the average it will take 24 x10 packs to get one copy.

Starport
One Pull. No Flint, but Sarah is new for me.
Good luck you had. Sarah is better than Flint.

Does that make you a skin-Flint?
