0* interlink keeps disappearing

Busy leveling temporal agent seven, but the last item for lvl 80-90 (borg nanoprobes) I can't finish because the interlinks required disappear after building, and I do not get the item they are supposed to turn into...

    Aaaaaand it happened again, now with the 1* prime directive. What is wrong?!

    It's hard to know without more information, but one possibility is that you're building subcomponents that are consuming the items you think are disappearing.

    Ok after collecting another 1* prime directive (in between restarting the app) it works. Maybe I am overlooking something. But with the interlinks I am very certain as it failed three times. The third time I had enough interlinks, again, to build the second 1* borg nanoprobes but it never switched to two nanoprobes available, it kept saying one available, in red, meaning the second one was not built, and the interlinks had disappeared.
