DBID not linked to this account

I cannot get the application to work on my old android tablet. Set up an emultor thinking I could link to it there and appears to be no way to link the DBID.
Was signing in with googleplay account but that seems to be different in the emulator.

    Please reach out to our Support Team for this, thank you!
    They will check what credentials, if any, are attached to the DBID linked to your game account.

    Please know that emulators are not supported, but there are alternatives when playing on a computer, such as Steam or the Windows Store app.

    As soon as an email address and password will be associated to your DBID, you will be able to login on any platform of your choice.

    Hmmm… can't reach this page It looks like the webpage at https://startrektimelines.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    From Edge and Chrome, Firefox simply does nothing when clocking on the support link.

    This is not something on our end, it could be due to your settings, antivirus, firewall etc
