Utopia plantia to build ships

Wouldn’t it be cool to use some idle crew to build ship schematics? Have this be a new function outside of voyages and gauntlets and shuttle runs. Assign crew with different skills to build a ship schematic. A fun way to earn schematics outside of the arena and to use more of our crew roster.
