Missing schematics from Captain and Admiral divisions

Did get the schematics from the Commander division, this happened on both the vip 14 and 0 accounts.

    I play Captain and Admiral and got no schematics messages today

    Well I play Captain & Admiral, and am still ranked in Commander, but yes I received no rewards for any of them

    I’m seeing reports where it’s random, none or some. It’s not confined to a particular division.

    Same here. I got schematics for both captain and Admiral divisions. But not the commander division.

    I received mine finally, although it appears they evaluated based on my current standing at the time they were issued, and not standings at refresh. I'll open a ticket as I'm still grinding out my Captain Proton ship, I need that hologram trait maxed.
