Timers (Voyages, Shuttle Missions) Not Working Correctly

The timers will randomly stop which is not so good when you're watching time to avoid using a voyage token, etc. (8.3.0 Revision eb7868d, Windows 10).

yes noticed this as well - you have to chnage the screen i.e. leave / change where you are in the game and return for the timers to work again

where experienced: shuttle scree, voyage screen

It was like that before the previous update as well

I observed refresh problems during Skirmish events as well. It takes a while to refresh honor based on skirmish honor rewards.
