    I'm using Amazon fire hdx gen 2014. February 25 there was an update to 8.3.0 and now since Sunday it's requesting to update and goes to the app store and it says open . I tap open it goes to load the game and it says it requires an update.

    The update to 8.3.0 for the Amazon Store happened on March 18.

    In your store, when you do a search for Star Trek Timelines, does the game page shows "What's new in
    8.3.0"?
