[Resolved]Multiple platform WiFi connection issues

After returning from a short holiday I have been unable to access the game over my home WiFi both on my phone (Android) and Laptop (Windows 10, via Steam). Every other app on my phone is working perfectly and when I switch onto my mobile data, the game suddenly works.
I've never had a connection issue like this since I started playing the game in 2019, and we've switched internet providers since and again, no issues.
Could the problem be that the game no longer recognises or has blocked my home IP address? Multiple restarts of both the game and my phone have been unable to fix the issue.
This is what comes up on both my phone and laptop wen I try to get into the game over WiFi, as you can see from the top icon, my phone is definitely connected to the internet.

  • UPDATE: After thinking it wasn't a router issue as all my other apps & devices were working fine, I restarted the router anyway and that seems to have fixed it for now 😅
