Where are gloves of 2024 Raffi?

Raffi had leather gloves on hands in ALL scenes of Season 2 of Star Trek: Picard, when she was wearing outfit introduced in-game as 2024 Raffi. Why she doesn't have them in game?

I believe this stance was used for in-game artwork.

    When we created that version of Raffi, we only had a promo shot for reference, and there were no gloves.
