Can a schematic converter be a thing?

I have tons of schematics for ships that I already have maxed. Thanks to Voyages I have plenty of replicater rations so they have been building up. I would even be ok converting them at a 5 to 1 ratio or something. Or maybe the ability to sell them for credits? I'm always short on credits now. Thanks

Maybe they'll do a ship yard sort of thing with schematics as fuel.
