Let’s start with the launch of our brand new webstore, in partnership with Xsolla.
Why a webstore?
Webstores offer more flexibility than regular app stores, and allow for a wider range in the offerings presented. This gives us the opportunity to propose higher value offers, greater discounts, as well as exclusive deals!

To make a purchase, have your DBID ready, make sure to use the correct one!
In a few weeks, for a more user friendly approach, you’ll see an option in-game allowing you to easily copy your DBID.
Don’t forget to use a valid email address to receive your transaction receipt, and make sure to keep it. Once a purchase is confirmed, an in-game mail will be sent out confirming the items purchased. Please note that you might need to restart to see the content added to your account, something that will be addressed in the coming weeks.

Captain Picard Day
June 16 is Captain Picard Day! We’re celebrating with a free Picard behold pack, offering you a choice between Mambo Picard, Kamin Picard, and Romulan Picard. You have until Friday, June 17 around noon ET (16:00 UTC) to claim it.
Time Portal Update - Elusive Treasures - 2022-06-14
Tomorrow, Tuesday June 14, with our server release we’ll update various lootables with previously limited crew, and schematics.
Elusive Treasures will also be back, and we’ll introduce the Limited Treasures pack, granting 1 behold of 4* or 5* limited (elusive) crew! High value offers for the Limited Treasures pack will be exclusively available in the webstore!
A communique with crew lists will be sent out tomorrow, once everything is available.
