In the Elusive Treasures Pack, who is the owl (or Master Splinter-ish) looking character in the center with the purple robe?

I assume the 2 characters and the blue citation showing instead of a purple one are some of the reasons it was taken down. Oh and the August 4th deadline that was in the text vs a week from today.

Vedala is indeed not meant to be in the art, a correction will be attempted but not today.
All citation icons are blue, except for the 5* one so I am not sure what is being referred to?
The honor hall does provide a purple border for the icon for the 4* citation, but the icon itself, as used in offers, is this one.

Are you allowed to confirm there is a reason the Veleda art is floating around?

Apologizes, didn't realize that is how it looked

I see the text was updated to the correct date. However this one isn't in the game yet:

I personally don't mind either way but I know how protective art can be until it's approved and released in the game.

Looks like a Chakotay holding an M-16 rifle, or some weapon with a similar carrying handle.

I was trying hard to remember what episode he was carrying an assault rifle. Thank You for finding it!

I just started a binge this weekend.

    I was like "Nemesis Chakotay!"

I just remember it because the speech was off and is probably more what you would expect for a translation of an alien species instead of them all knowing Shakespeare lol

    A brief comment.

Academician and Senior Faculty Member Klingon Studies Doh'Remi informs me that Shakespeare was merely the human translator of a much older Klingon work.

The Academy is also looking for a Vedala specialist, the outstanding research skills demonstrated by Gandozer in this matter would seem to make him a prime candidate.

Ah, but Admiral Chekov insists that the Klingons stole stories from an ancient Russian shepherd who invented them for his children and called them their own.
