Why not? One hour each week the chance for 50 purrcent off everything in the Honor Hall! This would make the IKS Bortas a bit less expensive, and purrple citations for 9000 Honor would be a really lovely deal. Newer players could benefit from 50 gold trainers for their crew for 750 Honor only, etc. etc.
