Galaxy mission slots misbehaving

I had a galaxy mission which failed to be replaced by another on being claimed. I've had that happen before, and knew a restart would sort it later, so I ignored it and carried on using the other two slots, but after a few more goes one of those was replaced by a generic placeholder, as shown:



That's the point at which I decided to do a restart straightaway, and that has fixed it, but I wanted to note it here just in case it's symptomatic of some wider issue.

(I'm on Android on a Sony Xperia, if that's of any use.)
