Same Voyage ship Traits reoccurring

I've complained about this several times to CS - no matter how many time you recall your voyage, the same ship trait, & even skills remain the same

Late yesterday, I had dominion so recalled that, but took me about three tries. Then I was stuck with Hirogen 🙈🙈
Despite recalling over 10 times - including reaching dilemmas twice - I am still stuck with Hirogen. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a 5* ship with a matching trait but a 4*?!

    And now after returning, recalling twice because it's still Hirogen, it's switched to Maquis

    15 recalls later & no change. And because CS seems to be having problems at the moment, still no response

    There is no point in trying to get another ship.
    You'll get the same next day anyway.

    It's unfortunately not something Player Support can do anything about.

    No one at this time.
    It's on our list but other things have taken priority.

    I have found when I run my bad trait voyage through the 1st 20s to when the 2nd story text appears, & recall, 99% of the time the trait changes...YMMV LL&P

    edit: although increasing the bonus trait AntiM would fix this faster so 4* ships could be used w/that trait ?! @Shan
