Double Your Crew?

Are we supposed to get a "Double Your Crew" Offer when you get event crew during an Event? I got that for T'Kumva during the Discovery mega event, but I didn't get one when I pulled Leonardo

    I believe it comes up any time you get a 5* character, regardless of how you get them, but while it's active (12 hours I think?) it means you can't get another double offer, if you pull another 5* character during that time.

    If you got a Leo and didn't already have a double offer active for another character, then yeah, it should have appeared.

    That's exactly what happened. No other offer, yet no offer for Leo. Anyone else?

    I’ve found that it’s random, sometimes it pops up sometimes it doesn’t regardless of if I had one in the past few days

    There is a 72 hours cool down period that begins when the offer first appears. Also, sometimes I have had to restart the app to get it to appear. Hope that helps :)

    Sounds like a glitch then - I mostly ignore the double offers but I did take it once, on Commander Kira at the start of the event she was introduced in, so unless they've changed their minds since then (can't imagine why)...

    Probably worth a support ticket at any rate. "I want to give you money, help me do that" seems like it'd be a pretty straight-forward 'yes' from the company's end.

    I've had exactly no luck with tickets on the offer not popping even after the cooldown should have passed. Polite pat on the head and go away kid.

    It pops about 85% of the time. It's not guaranteed, so a ticket will probably result in a no from player support.

    Ah. I see. Thank you all for the information. Strange that DB would pass up the chance to make a buck, given how obsessed they seem to be about it, but then nothing about them really surprises me anymore

    There is a cooldown of 72 hours after you got a DYC offer. If you get another gold crew in those 72 hours, the DYC won't pop.

    The DYC cool down was a poor fix to a problem where certain whales would double up 4 times after receiving a crew to get a FF 5* for 100$

    I suppose the offer showed up in a row. You get a 5*, DYC, because of buying the DYC you got a DYC for the bought DYC and so on ...

    It works for me 0% of the time inside the 72 hour window and 100% outside.

    Exactly, a 72h cooldown starting exactly when the offer pops up, and it doesn t matter if you take the offer or not.

    These, if another offer triggered and it expired because you didn't take it or even if you bought it, the 72 hour cool down was triggered and in either case you won't see a new double up offer until after 72 hours.

    Not necessarily true, I had 2 legendaries pop within an hour of each other, and got the DYC for BOTH of them!
