Magnesite and Bridge Upgrades Rebalancing

Greetings, Captains,
As some of you may know some items in game, such as components, are capped at a max of 32767.
It has come to our attention that this will have a negative impact on Captain’s Bridge level progression.
To address this we’ll rebalance how Magnesite is obtained, and how much of it is needed for Captain’s Bridge upgrades. This change will also apply to the amount of Magnesite that you already own.
How will this rebalancing be done?
- the amount of Magnesite received in rewards will be reduced by a factor of 10
- the amount of Magnesite required for Captain’s Bridge will be reduced by a factor of 10
- the amount of Magnesite you currently hold in your inventory will be reduced by a factor of 10 (the formula used will be: current amount divided by 10, and rounded up if applicable)
An example to illustrate the changes:
- Bridge level 3 - Attack bonus upgrade will require 8 Magnesite instead of 80
- Boss Battle Rewards - Easy - Magnesite received from Personal Damage will be 10, 14, 20, 27 instead of 100, 140, 200, 270
- Magnesite Owned: 590 will become 59
Players who are currently at the cap of 32767 will see a new total of 3277.
Players with less than 101 Magnesite in their inventory will see the minimum amount of 10
These changes are tentatively scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 26, we’ll let you know via MOTD when they will occur exactly.
Please note that this will also require a forced log out, meaning you will be logged out of the game and will have to restart/log back in.
