Looted Boxes (Galaxy) - Incorrect Skill/Trait combo

This is taking way a LOT of VP!

The best crew for me in this scenario is Chuft Captain with just a 30% chance of VP.

Error or by design?

Actually, there are two instances in the event: the Vedala, Tactician w/ Eng cited above, and an Ambassador, Tactician w/ Eng skill. The ONLY card in the game that I could find that matches those traits is Vedala Elder, which does not have the Eng skill.

Extremely frustrating!
