can't make in game purchase on windows 10

after i purchased a DYC on the 13th, when I try to make an in game purchase , after I enter my pin to prove it is me , it never brings up the purchase screen.

    Has anything changed on your computer, like a Windows update?

    windows update on the 12th, made a DYC purchase on the 13th and since the 14th haven't been able to make an in game purchase. the yellow boxes have no price in them starting on the 23rd.

    Double check that everything is still OK in your payment options in your Windows account.
    Check also your antivirus settings.

    You can also contact our Support Team so we may keep track of the issue if others are affected too.
    I do not have a workaround except using another platform to make purchases, or our webstore.
