Faction Event checklist for DB

I am putting together a checklist that DB can use to help ensure the smooth running of Faction Events.
Check that;
-The threshold event crew rewards match the event.
-The threshold event items (equipment and components) are consistent with featured event crew.
-The ranking reward crew match the event.
-That featured event crew are assigned to provide a bonus and provide a bonus of x3.
-That all bonus crew are assigned to provide a bonus and provide a bonus of x2.
-For Mega events, ensure that the bonus is adjusted for crew that were in a Featured x3 event but are now bonus x2 event or vice versa.
-No app messages reward event faction transmissions.
-The correct faction(s) are assigned for the event.
-That the purchasable (normally 650 dil) event packs can drop the correct event crew.
-That the app faction event banner shows the correct event pack for the event. (I.e. not the previous event's crew pack.)
-That the start date and time and end date and time are correct for the current event. (Are correctly adjusted for or reverted from special holiday timings, for example.)

The third event in the mega-event had the wrong end date.
My checklist above included checking the end date.
I suspect you don't have or use check lists but I may be wrong. If you do, please could you post your checklist for the next event here. others can post possible additions.
Until DB management experience an epiphany and realises that proper procedures or working practices makes money, then the company will always struggle.
Proper procedures or working practices reduce the time (and therefore the cost) of customer facing staff responding to issues. They make customers happy and more likely to spend money. They reduce customer atrophy.
Today I learned a new word. Had to check it on merriam-webster...
