Why is the only way to finish this ship 100 dil from Borg faction per? I hate not having all the 2* ships done but In what way is that even a good use of dil? I have been at level 4 on it for 2.5 years and it never drops from credit pulls. I only get 2 different schematics from there and they are both done.
