Bug in crew view after opening crew in cryostasis vault

When I search for crew in the cryostasis vault and then open it from there, I see this same crew in the crew view when I go there, but I can't navigate away anymore and choose someone else. This happens in both the Steam and Android version (I can't test the iOS version because I don't have the hardware). It also looks strange, as if the old view isn't removed.

    This happens to me every vault transfer view, but also just going directly to crew quarters. Ive sent screenshots and tickets. Its been this way for me since campaigns were introduced. Many bugs appeared with that upgrade that are not resolved.
