Quotation Mark Consistency.

Awhile back WRG made a change for the apostrophe's to use the same one across all characters, now the same issue exists with quotation marks. If you look at Bullseye Kyle compared to Dark ages McCoy they use two different versions of the quotation marks in game. I know this probably doesn't affect too many people, but it is a pain for those of us that help support the game with third party player aids. Would it be possible to get them to all use the same quotation mark?
