Jazz Musician Riker

Has anyone gotten Riker from a portal or Voyage? Other than the event that featured him, I don't think I've seen him drop anywhere. All the 4*/5* from the events as old as Riker have been added to the portal. Was Riker just missed as 3* when characters were added?

I don't think I have. Been tracking 3*s since the launch of Voyages and I haven't seen him on a Voyage or portal pull since then.

I only have seen Jazz Riker as a event reward i was blessed to get him FF from that event though he spends his days as a popsicle now

I saw him in a Faction center last week for 200 dilithium. Worth it, given that he probably gets cryo’ed immediately upon completion?

With as (relatively) cheap as rare citations are, and knowing he hasn't been dropping, I'm surprised folks who are wanting another star or two on him don't just pay for them with Honor. That's what I did, and he's now spending his summers on the beach in Antarctica.

I think the issue is that these collectors can't get the first one.

Unless you happen to see him in the Faction Center, and have the 200 Dilithium. Seems like he is only there right there. And it is hit or miss.

I have some recollection of people on these forums saying they had indeed seen him in random pack drops, though I have not personally. I count myself blessed to have earned him FF from that event he was introduced in.

By comparison, I've gotten Talos IV Spock twice already in voyages. My personal experience doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme, but there is no other 3* that has been more sparse for me than Jazz Riker.

...so you're saying that Riker might be a rare rare that's more rare than the super rares?

Talos IV Spock {IIRC} was a new 3* in an Event's Solo Ranked Rewards AFTER Jazzy Riker. And Spock DOES drop in the Portal. I got mine Fully Fused from within a set of ten ten Pulls in the ten tens for $9.99 Offer the other week.

I just bought 46 of the new Merit Rewards and didn't get him either. I've been watching the Federation store every day and I haven't seen him in a couple weeks. I submitted a support ticket about this.
