Fleet boss battle combo bonuses?

Does everyone in the fleet get the same bonuses for completed combos? And if I use dilithium to change a bonus, does it change it for everyone or just me?

    Everyone gets the same first bonus.
    The change only applies to you.

    Thanks. That explains a lot and I no longer worry abouty a
    bout spoiling the bonuses for the rest of my fleet by changing mine
