I like Spock's Brain. I have no delusion that it's a classic of sci fi writing, or thought provoking drama. But I think it's pure campy fun.

I really like Errand of Mercy and Shore Leave.

My underrated episodes that I like are "Whom Gods Destroy" and "Bread & Circuses"

For me, I think The Enterprise Incident is my overall favourite TOS episode.

City of the Edge of Forever and Amok Time are also good.
After that,other episodes in my top 10 would probably include:

Bread and Circuses
Journey to Babel
Assignment: Earth
Elaan of Troyius
Day of the Dove

Patterns of Force - it was first aired in Germany on free tv in 2011 (!) (pay tv first aired it 1999) and released in 1996 on VHS. Before these dates the episode was considered as "banned" even it wasn't banned in a legal sense, everybody was afraid to air or release it. The episode itself isn't that good but the story behind it in Germany is interesting and made it interesting as a forbidden episode.

Due to our history this episode was a huge controversy and heavily discussed, even it took her so long before it was released and aired. Probably roughly comparable to the Kirk-Uhura kissing episode in the US.
