Have been unable to log into game. Gets to "power up warp core" section of start up then closes down. Is this being experienced by anyone else?

I can log in but can't do anything. I get the message, "Server error: An error occurred on the remote server..." Then my screen locks. Is anyone else getting this?

Can't get in at all. Have a voyage that's probably lost as a result. Seem to be having issues now I've actually started to put $ into playing...urgh.

I received mutiple errors trying to login, and now that I'm in there is extreme latency anytime it tries to contact starfleet; it's just clocks and clocks for a minute or two before coming back with server error

Got in. Voyage crashed and burnt. Had to spend 119 dilithium to salvage the crew I'd picked up...

Game seems stable now.

Same here. Voyage was just about out of AM. Had to refill it once I got back in. As Charlie Brown would say......RATS!

Shan, using my usual device (iPad) I can't log in, yet I can on my Samsung phone.

Got advice to uninstall game and then re-install......all now working.
