    In the Cryostasis Vault Excretus of Borg shows up as 4*, which I guess will be correct. The ingame message as well as the Event Notes state 5*.

    Yes, that's correct. Thank you for letting me know. It has already been updated in the Event Notes.

    No. Any non-exclusive crew can appear in Dabo as soon as they are in the vault.

    Did I read that correctly? "'Excretus' of Borg"? Jeez, I have GOT to catch up on my Lower Decks watching.
