New Starbase Room Suggestion - Farm FBB Components

With the Doomsday Machine levels 21-30 requiring so much more magnesite, I'll bet some fleets would appreciate the option of farming a little extra. Maybe even let the fleet CO pick from a list of components for that room to farm?
