Cannot find find Kay Eaton in Cryo. Get no crew with search

I am seeing her now. Not sure why?.
I had four of her from campaign in overflow.

Okay same thing happening with carpenter street Archer. He is one copy in my overflow.

And once I make room for him he is in vault.
