When I claim a Replicator Ration allotment, my Valor count incorrectly increments by 1

This happened on the Android version but may also happen elsewhere.
It took a while to figure out what was happening because our fleet's Starbase only completes a Replication Ration every few weeks, but this time I paid full attention before and after claiming the Ration.
The Valor count increase only seems to be a display issue, my actual Valor count doesn't change.
