My Riker is at level 70, but my Counter has not yet reached 60 and gave me the purple uniform. I sent a ticket, but was curious if others had it happen.

    Someone on Reddit said that for some reason the card was released a little before the event was. If you leveled the card before the event that would explain the discrepancy.

    I could have. I was certain I had started leveling the new Reed, but he was at level one when I looked. The beard might have thrown me. I had dozed off and, then, rushed to finish dailies. Had Chef Riker in the mix too.
