We'll be doing some backend maintenance on Wednesday, June 21st at 5am EDT (9am UTC). Expect around 1 hour of downtime during that time. Sorry for any inconvenience!

    I was able to get a dilemma loaded after a few clicks but nothing else works. Closed it until further notice.

    It seems to be up, ran a fbb battle on both accounts. Just press ok if you get an error message when loading.

    I think they didn't actually start until an hour later than announced. But they definitely went over the stated duration, whichever way round.

    I'm hoping the usual post-downtime goodies come a) swiftly and b) with a generous extra helping of merits so that people can do plenty of rerolling for favourable matchups.

    If WRG is going to have objective events that require you to win a fixed number of gauntlet battles, they need to schedule maintenance for a different time period. I wonder how many people will throw up their hands after undertaking maintenance at a key time in many gauntlets (between 12 and 13 hours left). That caused a bunch of people to lose a gauntlet window which boosts our chances at success.

    I could have gotten an extra round in if the maintenance hadn't lasted as long as it did.

    I'm pleased others have mentioned the OE. Some of us have limited windows to pop in at certain times during the day so thanks to the genuis that thought it would be a good idea to time the downtown during such an event.

    As other commentators above have indicated, the maintenance overrun has caused multiple people problems with Gauntlet. Can a help out be found?

    Correction, one goody. Fairly pathetic when compared to previous compensation. And nothing relating to the boss battles that have been disrupted, or the lost chrons due to being unable to claim cadet challenges. Shoddy response that doesn't make up for the shoddy treatment.
  • Honestly, a single voyage token is a slap in the face and outright unacceptable. In the past we have been promised a voyage token and some chrons at minimum when the downtime was announced. So BEFORE it even happened. In this case you mention nothing about compensation until after you have the game shutdown for 2 hours longer than planned, and this is it? You have significantly impacted the ability to finish this objective event without dilithium use. What's worse is this is just another blunder in a long list of blunders over the last several months. You guys really need to do better.
  • The game was supposed to be down for an hour. In the end it was nearly 3.5 hours. Bad form made worse by the derisory and insulting "goodies".
