Issue with ads opening to black screen on android

I'm getting numerous issues of opening ads (android device) which goes straight to a black screen, requiring me to shut down the game and lose the reward (had it happen with the 4-hour timer and the ad option only reappeared 4 hours later despite not being claimed). Seems to happen more over the last few weeks, unsure if it's related to a specific ad.
