Had enough for a Single Pull on the Event Pack ahead of the weekend. No Event Crew, but got this:

    I got a legendary behold from a single pull from a free monthly login a few days ago. Very pleasant surprise because usually I get nothing from the galaxy event pulls.

    T'Rul also has one of the highest Eng bases for a 4* (844, with Lal being the highest at 879) and Resourceful, a trait not many Eng primaries have (Fesek, Niners Rom, Lily Sloane, and One being the other 4*/5*s). She gets used often in voyages. She also has good sec prof, but her other prof stats are poor.
