2* Janeway not giving event bonus

The 2* Janeway is not giving a bonus in the second phase of the event. 2 images from 2 different combines, no bonus bar, and no highlight of name.

    From other comments in the thread in engineering room, and the fact that the word Bonus is showing, there does not seem to be an issue for this crew.

    Except that there is no green line, and this on the SECOND play (the 25% one. Those 2 plays were one after the other, with no assembly between them. There should have been a green line showing that there was an increased chance above the base increase. And I received response from a CSR that this WAS an issue that was coming and going.
