Elusive Treasures Compensation Clarification

@STT Community Do you know if the Admiral Pike and Farragut Kirk compensation will be delivered via in-game message, or if they will be added to the crew roster like Ceti Alpha Khan was? It would be helpful to know how they will be delivered for players who want to watch the timing so they can purchase an extra copy offer for Pike.

    They're in the crew quarters. Please reboot the game in order to see them :)

    It appears that people who purchased the 6500x pack got Admiral Pike, but not Kirk.
    I have two accounts in this situation, as do a few others I have spoken to.

    based on this:

    Everyone who bought at least one of the 1x gets a copy of Farragut Kirk
    Everyone who bought at least one of the 10x gets a copy of Admiral Pike

    we should get both.... correct? as I see it, a 10x is 10 of the 1x.....

    Is comp already supposed to be in our crew quarters? I haven't gotten anything and I definitely met the requirements for the comp.

    Correction, I got the Pikes, but still no Kirks.

    I bought one of the 6500 dil pack and 5 of the 650 packs and only received one copy of each. I contacted customer service.

    Edit this to include the actual message:

    So based on that:
    If you were to receive both crew, you either had to:
    Buy a 650x AND a 6500x
    or
    Buy 5 or 10 of the 6500x

    I bought 5 of the 6500x on two accounts, but I only received 2 Pikes on each. I'm guessing this was just missed @STT Community

    You’re right.

    Everyone who bought at least one of the 1x gets a copy of Farragut Kirk
    Everyone who bought at least one of the 10x gets a copy of Admiral Pike
    Everyone who bought at least five of the 10x gets an additional copy of both crew (total of 2 copies)
    Everyone who bought at least ten of the 10x gets an additional copy of both crew (total of 3 copies)

    It's the following
    • 1 650: 1 Kirk
    • 1 10X: 1 Pike
    • 5 10X: 1 Additional copy of each 2 total)
    • 10 10X: 2 Additional copies of each (3 total)

    Pike isn't that great a card so pretty awful & will be available down the road

    Still not resolved for me. I got the 3 Pikes, and no Kirks. I fell into the bucket of:

    Confirmed I got the kirk.

    I bought a single 650 pack after the announcement just to get the kirk.
