Failed voyage after recall

I've just failed a voyage after clicking to recall it with 188 AM remaining. Refilled AM twice with dilithium. Was just under 11 hours into the voyage.

Crew missing - Shakaar, Lore, a few 1, 2 and 3 star I dont care about
replicator rations
Just under 800 chronitons

    Ticket submitted. Hopefully they can take a look at the results on their end and see what I'm missing since I didn't think I'd have to record every little component, missing crew, lost credits, lost replicator rations and lost chronitons in case I get screwed over.

    Exactly what happened to me, took 2 weeks to get reply, and another 2 weeks to fix. Fixed itself though, so support wasn't really involved other than compensating.

    Got a response, wish I had taken a screenshot of exactly how long the voyage took and exactly how much dilithium I spent on refills so I could give more details.

    Just do your best. CS seem pretty good about trying to compensate for this bug. While they won't see the items that were lost from the voyage, maybe there's a record of how much dilithium was in your account at different times, to know what you spent?

    Until the bug is fixed, I find it helpful to screenshot all or the most important loot both before and after recall, with the date & time of the device displayed.

    Thats what I'm going to do in future. Maybe its out of synch, seen that happen before where it might say you have so much AM left and the random text telling you what your crew is up to but if you check the clock you can see its sometimes a few minutes out. Noticed that when I had the game running in the background while I was over on youtube then came back to it.

    I know I'm unlikely to get shakaar or lore (which would have been nice getting another star on them but not essential, not like I use them) or the credits but the chroniton loss is a bit of a kick in the teeth.

    With any luck I'll at least get the dilithium back. First refill around 80, second refill around 100 or so but not sure the exact amounts.

    And it happend again, failure after recall, Enough AM and traveltime refresh. Thank you DB. I don't know how long this issue exist (i think it exists since launch) and DB couldn't fix till today. Just WOW.

    Send a ticket to support, they've been really helpful and sent me a bunch of stuff to make up for the loss.

    Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this... just lost 4 4* characters!
    My 8-Point STT Strategy:

    1. Voyage.
    2. Have fun. If something isn't fun, don't do it.
    3. Only pursue characters I care about.
    4. Contribute to the fleet.
    5. No more spending beyond monthly cards.
    6. Have fun.

    Please continue to document when you encounter this issue and to submit tickets so we can make things right for you.

    The fixes that were made should reduce how often this happens.

    Never got a reply or reimbursed for my voyage that failed despite there still being fuel when I recalled. Submitted a ticket a month ago and still nada.

    I got 3, the 2 I lost out on (lore and shakaar) and they threw in a third of my choice. Probably should have picked one of my 3/4's but went for a 1/4 Armed Philippa Georgiou, dont really need her but I'm keen on collecting the Discovery stuff these days.
