    The ad network seems to be "liftoff". I haven't noticed any other ads from them yet.

    Yes, this is definitely the most annoying ad I've seen so far, and I get it repeatedly while on vacation here in the US. Makes me easily decide that I do not want TikTok anywhere near me and happy I'll be home in Europe soon where they hopefully do not run this ad.

    Liftof Ad network is here in Europe, too.
    Very annoying, very long ads, 1st X after 30-45s, opens App Store, next countdown 5-12s, sometimes opens App Store again, next 5s countdown to finally exit out of it.
    We do often see Fishdome or Gardenscape ads here from that network.
    Already though about using restricted access on iOS to prevent the ad from opening the store.
