First I got the "heavy load or maintenance" message but now it's "504 Gateway Timeout". Happening on both broadband and mobile data so I don't think it's just my device. Was there a maintenance announcement I missed?

Game seems to be barely working this morning it’s taking forever just to try to claim Matt for shuttles from last night.

Also, the legendary Chakotay looks really bad. can we do something about this stuff? one of the reasons people drop money is to get really cool looking crew and now the old crew are better looking than the new crew which is not an incentive to drop money

Unannounced maintenance or just a Server Crash Either way this is not good for the game or player base. Cant even get in to send a support email

@STT Community does anyone realize the game has been malfunctioning for 2.5 hours now?
Cant log in…..or Members out of fleet in recruit list, fleets empty. No squads, gauntlet finish broken, crew losing copies (stars), inaccurate crew manifest, no acess to FBB, Failed purchase's, the list goes on and on.
Its globe-wide for 2.5 hours.

@STT Community Instead of launching a new thread for the same thing, different day….. game malfunctioning, down again.
For the past 1 hour (time stamp on msg entry). Every part of the game is malfunctioning. At a time when an event phase change is soon approaching and players have event strategy to earn VP this is not cool. Its almost every event now that malfunctions and allows various players to continue to play the event while others cant.
Some players are in playing, others cant get in become stuck , or kicked out. This seriously disrupts the event placement. 250 chrons is not worth event Ranking disruptions

Have to agree with the above. Constant freezing and restarting when trying to mine for the event. Getting this frequently as well. Seems to happen with almost EVERY event.
